Free Your Inner Bullshit!

If there is a constant inner dialogue going on inside you, there is a reason for it. Rather than suppress it, release it. Being released will make it disappear. He is trying to tell you something. Your mind wants to talk to you. He wants to convey to you something that you do not listen to, do not care about, and are indifferent to. You may not be aware of what you are trying to convey because you are constantly at war with him, constantly thinking that he is crazy and trying to stop him or turn him into something else. All diversions are a form of suppression.

Do something; Each night before you go to sleep, sit facing the wall for forty minutes and talk aloud. Enjoy this and stay with it. If you see that there are two separate voices, speak from both sides. First support one side and then respond from the other side and see how you can create a good dialogue.

Don’t try to manipulate this, because you’re not saying this for anyone. If it’s going to be crazy, let it be. Don’t try to crop or censor anything because then you’d be completely off track.

Do this for at least ten days, forty minutes without any opposition. Put all your energy into it. In ten days, something will surface that is trying to tell you something but you don’t listen to, or something you are aware of but don’t want to hear will emerge. If you listen to him, it will be over.

So start talking to the wall and give yourself completely. Turn the lights off or turn them down. Sometimes if you feel like shouting or getting angry while talking, girl and shout, because this will only go deep when done with feeling. If you’re just doing it in your head, repeating words like a dead tape, it won’t help and the main thing won’t come to the surface.

Speak with feeling and facial expressions as if there is someone else in front of you. You’ll be warmed up in about twenty-five minutes. The last fifteen minutes will be wonderfully good; you will enjoy it. At the end of ten days, you will find that your inner speech is gradually disappearing and you will realize a few things about yourself that you have never been able to grasp before.
