Crossing Borders

In 1990, when the Berlin Wall was about to fall, Paul Cowan, a teenager from the Saatchi&Saatchi advertising agency, came up with the idea to put up a notice on the other side of the wall.
“Good idea, so where are you going to get the money?” I asked.

He also said he had some backlog on the side.
“How will you do it?” said.
“I will.” said.
He had it done. It was worldwide news.
